Orders received Monday through Friday by 2 pm ET are shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.

Most orders shipped via Standard Ground are processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability.

• Most standard orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order’s ship date.
• We don’t currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO boxes.
• Please note that delivery to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

MEG 21 currently ships within the United States only.

All orders are shipped via USPS. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details and the USPS tracking number you can use to track your order.

Returns must be shipped to MEG 21 within 30 days of purchase in the original package and with the original invoice enclosed. Only those items purchased on the MEG 21 website are eligible for return. Products used 50 percent or more are not eligible for return. MEG 21 reserves the right to determine the actual amount of product usage. Customers are responsible for absorbing the mailing costs of a return.  Credit for a return will be made only to the credit card used for the original purchase and will be applied once the return shipment has been received and processed by MEG 21.
