Our first-purchase promise
Trying a MEG 21 product for the first time? If it's not for you, contact us at info@meg21.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund on the first unit of each product you buy, even if opened. Additional units of the same product are not covered.
All other sales are final
Apart from the first-purchase promise above, all sales are final due to the nature of skincare. Not sure where to start? The Discovery Kit lets you try the routine in travel sizes.
Something not right?
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email info@meg21.com right away and we will make it right.
Refunds
An approved refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
