Subscription & Cancellation Policy

MEG 21 Subscribe & Save is simple: pick a product and how often you want it (every 2 months or every 3 months), and we send it on that schedule for as long as you like. No minimum number of orders, no fees, cancel anytime.

What you get

• 10% off the regular price on every delivery. The subscription price is shown next to the Subscribe & Save option on the product page and again at checkout before you place your order (for example, Smooth Radiance Face Treatment: $130.00 regular, $117.00 with Subscribe & Save).
• Free shipping on every subscription delivery within the United States.
• Your choice of delivery frequency, which you can change at any time.

How billing works

• Your subscription renews automatically. On each renewal date for the frequency you chose, we charge the payment method on file the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, and ship your order.
• We email you a reminder before each upcoming order, so you always know when the next delivery and charge are coming.
• If a payment does not go through, we will let you know by email and try again. There are no late fees.
• If we ever change your subscription price, we will tell you by email in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Skip, pause or cancel anytime

• Log in to your account at meg21.com and open Manage subscriptions. There you can skip a delivery, change the date or frequency, swap products, pause, or cancel in a few clicks, 24/7, with no calls and no fees.
• Prefer email? Write to info@meg21.com from the email address on your account and we will take care of it.
• Changes take effect right away and apply to any order that has not yet been charged. To avoid a charge, cancel or skip before your next renewal date. Orders already charged ship as scheduled and are covered by our Refund Policy.
